RollercoasterRestaurant® – The most efficient restaurant in the world
RollercoasterRestaurant® stands for an event-, fun AND efficiency oriented restaurant system, which at the same offers a high level of quality and comfort to its guests.
Imagine you enter a RollercoasterRestaurant® and …
… you do not have to stand in line to order your food and to pay
… you do not have to carry your food and beverages to your table by your own
… you get a menu card at the entrance of the restaurant and you take a seat at your table
… you order easily your food and beverages through an illustrated menu card
… on a screen (touchscreen)
… you pay with your cash – or customer card or your restaurant card
… when leaving the restaurant on the respective payment station
… premium food and beverages are transported in a typical fast food packaging
… through a futuristic steel track system directly to your table

… instead you put it easily on a turret located at your table, get up and leave

The tables of the RollercoasterRestaurant® are always linked, as you can see on the left, with a surrounded conveying system (which also can be located on a double bottom). So transport devices, tableware and garbage can be transported back to the kitchen automatically. By turning around the upper turret on the tables, the transport devices move along all seats of one table, while guests can pick up their ordered food and beverages. At the end of the turret the devices slide up to the upper transportation line, which carries the devices directly to the kitchen?
In the lower turret either waste or used dishes can be placed according to the concept chosen. By turning around the turret (it can be turned around only in one direction) the used dishes or waste will be transported on the lower transportation line between the restaurant's tables automatically back to the kitchen.
Payment is made by using cash card or at the exit of the restaurant at the respective payment terminal. In the whole guest area it is insofar only necessary to hand over to the guest the restaurant card and answer questions of the guests if any. At the moment the guests are leaving the restaurant, it is only necessary to clean up the tables. There are no other tasks which will arise in the guest or front area of a RollercoasterRestaurant®.

Compared to common fast food restaurants, a RollercoasterRestaurant® can save up to 60 to 80% of the front end employees, because no orders or payments have to be handled by any of the employees. A similar increase of the efficiency is also possible in the area of drive-ins.
By using for example loops such a drive-in can be extended to a spectacular event and public attraction.
