„A good restaurant is a restaurant, where its guest have left the restaurant with a smile. Definitely in this restaurant guests enjoy their whole stay and obviously have a lot of fun. There is no other restaurant in the world which is able to convert fun and pleasure in such perfection.“
Olly Smith, talk master and star of several British cooking shows in the context of the production of a special on `s Baggers® in Nuremberg for the British channel 4.

Concerning RollercoasterRestaurants
® we have restaurants like the pilot restaurant `s Baggers® in Nuremberg or the restaurant Schwerelos & Zeitlos in Hamburg

These restaurants are to be found in two different variants:
  1. The `s Baggers® in Nuremberg is installed in a multi-storied building. The kitchen is located on the top floor. This floor is the starting point for all rail tracks to the different tables in the restaurant. The food (in pots) and the beverages (in bottles) are placed on a transportation device by our employees in the kitchen. This device after having been placed on the rail tracks slides directly to the respective table, where it has been ordered. Insofar the transportation within `s Baggers® is purely based on gravity.

  2. The „Schwerelos & Zeitlos“in Hamburg is located in a very nice and old single floor industrial complex. In this case there has been no possibility to place the kitchen on the top floor and to distribute food and beverages to the tables only by using gravity. Insofar the food and beverages are transported in small elevators which lift the dishes up under the roof of the restaurant, from where on they glide on a combination of rail tracks and roll conveyors down to the tables in the restaurant.

  3. Arriving at the described restaurant the clients will get a restaurant card. At each table a touch screen with various functions can be found, where the client can choose the preferred food and beverages. By using the button “order now” the order will be placed. On the following step the system asks for the color and the number of the client’s table (each table consists of 13 seats, which are defined with 13 different colored spots). The customer chooses the respective color of its seat and makes the necessary input on the display in front of him. The order is confirmed by entering the restaurant card in the reading device on the touchscreen. Now the order is placed and transferred to the kitchen, where it is handled by the personnel on their respective touchscreens. The complete order will be booked on the restaurant card. The customer will hand over the restaurant card at the terminal at the entrance of the restaurant. The restaurant card will be read by the system and the customer can pay the consummated amount.

The described RollercoasterRestaurants® are based upon a patented restaurant system by HeineMack®.
