SnackTainment® - The revolution of the snack
The concept SnackTainment® developed by HeineMack® links the individual advantages of expensive downtown locations or shopping centers with the high attractiveness of the HeineMack® RollercoasterRestaurants® on one hand and the advantageous rents of locations situated in business parks on the other hand. On first sight this seems to be absolutely incompatible. Therefore we want to explain shortly the idea as follows:
Looking at restaurants located on premium locations or areas it has to be assumed that a tenant has to pay between 60 to 200 Euro per sqm depending which city and area. On the first floor rents would be situated at about 50 to 150 Euro per sqm. In theory this means that rents in the same building for the third or fourth floor would be situated probably between 15 to 25 Euro per sqm. For restaurants or shops these locations have not been open up in the past due to the poor perception by the passers (apart from shopping malls, department stores laid over several floors). Even in highly frequented shopping malls only hair dressers or similar shops are interested to rent such locations.
The idea of SnackTainment® is to provide in downtown areas and shopping malls a completely new kind of high end snack in connection with an attractive entertainment and with advantageous rents. This will be achieved by installing a kitchen in the third and fourth floor of top locations, which will be able to produce a variety of high quality meals. The costs for these rooms/locations are just a fifth up to a tenth of the usual costs of a ground floor.
Because of the spectacular transport system of HeineMack® it is possible to place railways through the window right through a market place in front if the building or across the courtyard of a shopping mall. Using spirals of railways or even a spectacular loop the height (distance) between the third or fourth floor down to the ground floor (or other floors in between) connecting the different sales points is bridged.
These sales points allow the customers to order the requested food and beverages by using touch screens. A ticket is issued for the order placed by the customer who allows payment at the payment station placed at the sales point. If the ticket is paid at the payment station, the order will be automatically transferred to the kitchen and the ordered food will be prepared. The payment station will issue after payment of the ticket a second specially marked ticket, which is used by the customer to pick up the order at the collecting point of the sales point. The customer will be able to watch how the food and the beverages moves along the railways down 15 to 20 meters to the sales point in spectacular loops and slopes. After having arrived at the sales point and after checking the respective tickets, food and beverages will be handed over to the customer.
Alternatively it is planned that customers download the menu card of the SnackTainment® restaurant for example by iPhone and place a respective order. Using PayPal the order can be immediately paid by the customer. If payment is confirmed the customer will go to a specific point of the sales point where an employee will reconfirm via Bluetooth the order and mark it as delivered. At the same time the customer will receive the ordered food and beverages.

Due to the fact that the rail track system is in permanent move each visitor in downtown or of the shopping mall will recognize immediately the SnackTainment® and will be magically attracted.
Insofar such a snack will make its own marketing. Children will see the steel tracks and the food and beverages on the tracks from far and will insist to be brought there by their parents.
Of course a normal restaurant can be runned in the third and fourth floor as the attractiveness and attraction of SnackTainment® systems and its sensational transport system would automatically act as an advertising of the restaurant and attract potential customers.
As a useful supplement of the restaurant in the third and fourth floor a RollercoasterRestaurant® could be envisaged.
The SnackTainment® gives a complete new opportunity to use floors in premium locations of shopping malls and in the downtown areas which on the one hand offer advantageous rental costs and on the other hand have not been used by shops and restaurants in the past.
Furthermore we offer a mobile version of the SnackTainment® concept. We distribute our mobile FastfoodCoaster® in four variants under the trademark SnackTrek®. These consist of either three or four completely equipped containers which are delivered by two trucks to the destination or the mobile version is a rebuilt trailer truck. Two employees can mount the small version of our mobile FastfoodCoaster® within a few hours and the big version with one or two days. One, two or three rail systems with up to two lifting conveyers, two loops and a few steep turns are integrated in our mobile SnackTrek® system. So the sale of snacks is going to be a spectacular attraction for visitors. The SnackTrek® was invented to be used for fairs, company events, parking areas of malls, theme pools or amusement parks.
The mobile version as well as the fixed installed version of the SnackTainment® is offered as a franchise concept as „`s Baggers – wenn`s bressierd®“ and as a license. The licensed SnackTainment® runs under a common trademark. The licensed brand of HeineMack® is called in that case “SnackTrack®”.
