Your confidence that we treat your personal data in accordance with German data protection laws is for us a vital prerequisite for the success of our online-offers.
Data protection is of paramount importance to us. The collection, processing (including the saving, modifying, transfer, blocking and deletion of data) and use of your data follows exclusively under observation of current valid data protection laws.Our principles concerning the collection,processing and use of your data are explained in more detail here.
1. Personal data
Personal data includes information concerning the identity of a person, such as name, address, date of birth or email address. We receive such data if you conclude a contract, take part in a quiz, or release your data in any way on our website. Your personal data is used by us only within the confines of HeineMack®.

If our online-offers are used in general there follows no collection, processing or use of personal data. Should personal data be collected, processed or used for special offers this is pointed out to the user at the relevant point.Should personal data be collected, processed or used, HeineMack® guarantees observation of current German data protection laws.
Data is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Data will not be passed on to a third party. Exceptions to this include the giving of permission for this action, or compulsion on our part to release data, e.g. as a result of a court order or a ruling of the authorities.
Following are some example cases where personal data is collected, stored, processed and used: Automatic email distribution: Should you be accredited and entered in the automatic mailing list for press information, you will receive regular press information by email. Automatic email distribution can be cancelled at any time, ensuring no further contact by us.
3. Data of Use
In case of use of an online-offer we reserve the right to save for the period of four (4) days the domain name or the IP-address of the computer user, the file enquiry of the client user (file name and URL), the http-reply-code, the internet page from which you called us up , and the date and length of the visit.
Storage is used to detect problems in or misuse of our online-offer, and for our telecommunications fault-section where the data is required for further connections or for purposes of payment. An evaluation of user data to create a personal user profile is not carried out.
In the case of problems or misuse in our online-offers we reserve the right to file a report 05.04.2007 Neelex Design 16 with the relevant prosecuting authorities. A further extension of use or the passing on of data to a third party does not exist.
4. Cookies
Cookies are used for regular visits to the website only for the purpose of establishing the fact whether the user has already visited the online-offer page or not.
Cookies do not contain personal information and are used merely for the purpose of the creation of statistics concerning the number of visits to the relevant website page per user. Cookies can be deactivated by the user.
