A completely new-style restaurant with the name of `s Baggers® opened its doors on 4 April 2007. The meals, ordered per touch screen, are transported directly to the guest table by means of a futuristic track system.
Thus, `s Baggers® uses the patented restaurant system by HeineMack® in an event- and fun-oriented style.
Besides that, the restaurant system offers a second characteristic to be used in the fast food industry as it offers an extremely efficient restaurant operation: For the first time ever in the world it has been made possible to close the chain of processes in restaurants, i.e. from the moment of arrival of the guests through ordering to the payment process the normal delays or mistakes that can occur are eliminated. At the same time the price-performance ratio of a fast-food restaurant has been greatly improved for the guest, offering an extremely high level of quality and comfort. Freshly prepared dishes, short waiting times and automatic delivery of the dishes directly to the guest’s seating place. This is the answer of `s Baggers® to the global challenge in gastronomy. `s Baggers® is the pilot project of a patented restaurant system by HeineMack® GmbH Germany. Further restaurants are being planned. Creator of the system is Michael Mack, aged 42, CEO of the Franconian innovative specialist company HeineMack® GmbH and of `s Baggers® GmbH in Nuremberg. Mack has been an entrepreneur for over 10 years and is also a passionate chef. “The intensive development and test phase took over 18 months before the track system could be produced in series and the computer software was perfected,” says the Franconian Mack, who has realized his vision of a restaurant. The restaurant software was developed in accordance with Mack’s ideas and aims by the IT Company Voigtmann GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany.
Architect Klaus Kiener from Raitersaich (near Nuernberg, Germany) who designed the restaurant together with Michael Mack, providing seating room for 105 and standing room for 12, is responsible for transforming the unusual location: a factory hall in the commercial district of in Nuernberg, in the heart of an industrial area with approximately 30,000 workers.
